Registeration Process
- Please call us at 416-706-3285 to determine course timings & space availability
- Book Appointment so that the students level can be evaluated
- Fill Online Registration Form OR
- Download the Registration Form from Downloads section below & Email us your filled registration form at admin@moddules.com
- Payments need to be done either with EMT or Check as per the schedule in the registration form
- EMT your payment to admin@moddules.com
- Check Payments need to be handed over in-person.
- Checks need to be given on the date provided in Payment & Schedule section of registration
- For new students please include the registration fee for the first payment
- For existing students continuing, registration fee should not be included in the payment
