Download the Registration Form from Downloads section below & Email us your filled registration form at admin@moddules.com
Payments need to be done either with EMT or Check as per the schedule in the registration form

EMT your payment to admin@moddules.com
Check Payments need to be handed over in-person.
Checks need to be given on the date provided in Payment & Schedule section of registration
For new students please include the registration fee for the first payment
For existing students continuing, registration fee should not be included in the payment
